Easy Green Chili Pickle

This is my second pickle I have ever made in my life.  Saw my mom making this the other day and it is so easy and delicious.  It tastes so yummy with dal, chaawal (Rice & Lentils) along with a  dry subzi.  Give it a try, it will be ready in 3-4 days…

    • Thanks Parul. You can keep it in the fridge for a couple of months as long as the amount of salt is right.

    • Yes it is Madhu. You can get whole yellow mustard or regular mustard and just grind it once in the coffee grinder and use it if the broken mustard is not available. Hope this helps.
