  • 2-3 bunches of Mooli Leaves
  • 1 tsp of cumin seeds
  • 1-2 cubed potatoes
  • ¼ mooli sliced
  • salt to taste
  • ¾ tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 inch chopped ginger
  • ½ tsp Garam masala
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 1-2 chopped green chilli
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  1. Chop the mooli leaves and wash it thoroughly as sometimes they are full of sand. In a kadhai, heat two tablespoons of olive oil. Add cumin seeds and let it splatter. Then add chopped ginger and green chilli to the oil. Cook for a minute or two then add the cubed potatoes. Let it cook for a couple of minutes covered.
  2. Now at this time add the chopped and washed mooli leaves along with the salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, and garam masala per your taste. Mix well and cover for a few mins.  Uncover and add the sliced mooli to it and mix.  Cook until the potatoes are done.
  3. Serve it hot with dal and chaawal, or it tastes delicious with just plain white rice and pickle.
