Ingredients

  • 30 organic party wings about 3 lbs
  • 4 tbsp grapeseed or olive oil
  • 5 tbsp Jamaican jerk seasoning or more
  • cilantro for garnishing
  • lime juice

Instructions

  • Wash and drain the wings in a colander. Let them sit for a few mins so that all the water is drained completely. If they are not dry and you are in a rush you can pat dry with a paper towel also. Now place the wings in a mixing bowl. add oil and the seasoning over it along with some lime juice. Mix them thoroughly using your hand to make sure that the seasoning smothered all over the wings.
  • You can leave the chicken wings in the bowl itself or you put it a big zip lock bag. Refrigerate them for 3-4 hours or overnight.
  • Take the chicken wings out for a little bit before baking it. Preheat the oven at 450 F. Place them in an aluminum tray or a baking sheet. Bake them for 30-45 mins or until done, turning them in between.
  • Now change your oven settings to broil (high). Let them char to perfection which will take about 10 mins.
  • Your Jerk Chicken Wings are ready. Place them in a platter or a bowl, squeeze some lime juice and garnish with cilantro. Serve hot with mango salsa or cilantro crema.
