Ingredients

  • 2 cups paneer crumbled
  • 1 medium-large potato boiled or baked
  • 1-2 green chilies
  • chopped cilantro
  • 2-3 tbsp singoda flour
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp amchoor
  • ½ tsp kasoori methi not for fasting
  • Oil for Frying

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, add paneer and boiled potato and mash it altogether. Once ready all the spices along with the singoda flour. Mix it well. Make sure to check that the mixture is coming together and you should be able to make the balls out of it.
  • Let the mixture rest for 10 mins. Start making the balls by taking the mixture little by little in between your palms and roll it to make a even ball. Repeat the same process until you are done with the entire mixture.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a kadhai. Once it reaches the temperature that is needed, reduce the heat to medium. Place a few balls into the hot oil and fry them on the medium heat so that they don't get burnt quickly.
