Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 pineapple cubed small
  • 1 jalpeno chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2-3 sweet colorful peppers chopped (i used red n orange)
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp red chili powder
  • salt to taste
  • juice of 2 lime/lemon
  • chopped cilantro

Instructions
 

  • Cut the pineapple into small cubes.  Also chop all the other ingredients.
  • In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients along with salt and spices.  Mix it well and do a taste test to see if you need any more lime juice or salt.  Once everything is good, refrigerate for a couple of hours.
  • Serve chilled with tortilla chips
