Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf of pound cake used store bought
  • fresh strawberries washed and sliced
  • blueberries washed
  • 1 cup pastry cream
  • 2 quarts heavy whipping cream
  • ΒΌ cup powdered sugar or to taste
  • cool whip cream

Instructions
 

  • First of all cut the cake you are using into cubes or you can't cut into small roundels and place in in the individual disposable wine glasses.
  • In an electric mixer start whipping the heavy cream with the pastry cream powder and whip it until it is blended well. Add powdered sugar to it and blend a few times more. The consistency shouldn't be too thick. It should be a little runny so it seep through the cake.
  • Cut the fresh strawberry slices and set aside.
  • Now we are going to assemble it all together. You have already placed the cake in the cups and now we will be pouring the pastry cream, say about 2-3 tablespoons or more. Then place 2-3 slices of strawberries along with a few pieces of cake.
  • Then pour more cream on top it. Now using a piping bag and the tip of your choice, make a rosette with whip cream on top. Place blueberries however you want it to get the desired look.
  • Place it in the refrigerator for a few hours so that the cream seeps through and everything is set. Serve cold.
