Ingredients

  • 1 apple peeled and cubed
  • 1 banana sliced
  • 1 pear peeled and cubed
  • 1 nectarine cubed
  • 1 small potato boiled or baked
  • 1 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • salt to taste
  • 2-3 tsp tamarind pulp
  • grated ginger
  • 4-5 mint leaves chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • First, bake or boil a potato. I baked it in the microwave. Let it cool down for a few minutes so you can peel and cut. In a frying pan, heat the oil. Add the potato cubes until they are crispy, stirring and turning in between. Set aside to cool down.
  • In a mixing bowl, add all the fruits you like. You can cut it directly into the mixing bowl one by one. Add the fried potato to the fruits. Also add salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, grated ginger and tamarind pulp.
  • Mix well using your hand. Let it sit for a few minutes so that all the flavors marry. Garnish with chopped mint and serve it cold or room temperature.
