Instructions
Start by peeling the ginger root.
Cut the ginger into small pieces to make it easier to blend.
Place the ginger pieces in a food processor or blender.
Add a small amount of water, just enough to help with blending.
Blend until you achieve your desired consistency. You can make it smooth or leave it slightly coarse, depending on your preference.
Transfer the ginger paste into an airtight container or ice cube trays if you want to freeze it in smaller portions.
Store in the refrigerator for immediate use or in the freezer for longer-term storage.
