Drain the tofu and shallow fry it in the pan or you can deep fry if you like and set aside.
In a wok, heat the oil and add garlic. Sauté for a couple of minutes and add red curry paste to it.
Add all the veggies which were cut and washed to the wok. Sautee for a few minutes, making sure they are not overcooked. Then add pan fried tofu to the veggies and mix well.
Now add soy sauce, oyster sauce and fish sauce. Stir for a few more minutes. Add chopped basil and turn the gas off. Your stir fry is ready to be served.
