Thai Tofu Stir Fry

Once again my love for Thai food has been getting deeper and stronger every day. How can such easy recipes taste so good and can be prepared so quickly?   This stir fry I am going to make today is full of bursting flavors…

DSC_2947-1The aroma of fresh garlic and basil makes this dish so yummy.  This is one of my go to recipes specially when I am short of time and can’t make more than one dish.

Loved by everyone in my family except my little one who is such a picky eater and wouldn’t try anything.  I try not to make Indian everyday, but then I have to make something which is spicy and flavorful, otherwise no one will enjoy it so its like Indian, Thai, Chinese, Mexican kind of dishes at my place.

Try it for yourself to believe it. Do let me know what you guys think..
