- 1 tbsp ghee
- 2 tbsp besan
- 1.5 tbsp sugar or as per your taste
- 1.5 cup milk
- 10-20 almonds
- 8-10 green cardmom seeds
- 1 tsp dry rose petals (edible)
In a pan or a pot, add ghee and besan.
Roast by stirring consistently on a slow medium heat until the raw smell is gone
Add milk to the ghee & besan mixture.
At this time, add cardamom, sugar, almonds.
Bring it to boil for 2-3 mins
Keep the consistency as you like thick or thin. I like it in the middle.
Garnish it with chopped almonds and edible dry rose petals.
