There are so many instances when I have a box of Oreo cookies and no one wants to finish them. ย Recently, I saw this Oreo Cookie Cake posted by Ruchi and I was like great, I can use the packet that I have in my ย pantry. ย I am not a chocolate person at all, but my daughter makes up for me. ย She loves anything and everything with chocolate. ย When I told her that we are making this cake she was so happy and couldn’t wait for me to make it.
Ingredients:
- 19 oreo cookies
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 tsp Eno (fruit salt)
Directions:
In a blender, put the Oreo cookies (full cookies along with cream) with milk. ย Blend it until it is smooth.
Prepare a microwave safe. ย Mix the Eno into the batter. ย Immediately pour it into the dish.
Cook it in the microwave for 5 minutes. ย Let it rest for 15 minutes.
Serve it topped with chocolate ganache, chocolate syrup along with sprinkles (I used M & M’s)ย or whatever you desire.
