Mixed Berry & Banana Shake

Get this all star, easy to follow mixed berries and banana shake.  A quick recipe which will have all your family ask for more.  A cup of colorful mixed berries a day will keep you healthy and active.  Definitely a winner for this scorching summer when you don’t want to be in the kitchen cooking.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries ( I used frozen ones)
  • 1 banana
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • ice cubes

 Directions:

In a blender, combine all the ingredients together and puree until it is nice and smooth.  Enjoy this drink on a hot summer day to refreshen yourself.

Garnished with mint sprigs.  Serve it chilled.
