Bread Collective

Bread is a staple food from around the world and comes in different shapes and forms.  A mixture of flour and water which can be either baked or pan fried depending on which part of the world or region it comes from.  Today I am bringing you all a Bread Collective which is an effort put together by few of my very talented fellow bloggers.

In India, we have parathas, roti which are cooked on a heavy pan called Tava and then we have Naan, Tandoori Roti which are made in a clay oven called Tandoor.   Breads from other parts of the world are usually baked.  There are different types of breads such as sourdough, plain white or wheat, multigrain etc.

With school starting soon, a few ideas for you all for your little one’s lunch box or when you have company over and you want to show off your baking skills…lol

Let check what my fellow bloggers came up with…Please click the name of the bread in red to get the recipe.
