  • 1 small-medium red onion, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, sliced slanted
  • 4 spring onions, chopped

Now make the balls one at a time depending on how big or small you want to make.  I made them bite size.  If the mixture is not holding together, then you can add a little more corn starch.

Heat the oil for frying.  Place one ball to make sure it is staying together, before you add a few.  Fry them on low to medium heat.  Drain them on a tissue so that the oil is absorbed.

DSC_4258To make the sauce, heat a tablespoon of oil.  Add chopped garlic, ginger and green chilies.  Saute for a couple of minutes.  Now add, chopped onions and saute until they are slightly pink.  Now add soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, ketchup, vinegar and a little water.  Bring the sauce to a boil and add corn starch mixed with water to it.  This will help the sauce to get thicker.
